When we take your reservation, we will need a lot of information from
you. We want to be sure that we get to know your pet personally,
so he can receive the best possible care during his stay. The following
checklist
can help you prepare, so you will have all the necessary information
ready at the time of your reservation:

Requirements page. It will outline the vaccinations required as well
as some of our policies regarding boarding. |
| | Be sure
your pet is current on his vaccinations. This is important for the health
of your pet as well as the health of al our guests. |
| | Have
available a number where we can reach you while you are away, as well
as local emergency contact information. |
| | Tell
us about any health concerns or special needs your pet may have, i.e.
old age, blindness or if your dog is fearful of strangers, or a biter.
The better we understand the needs of your pet, the more pleasant and
comfortable his stay will be. |
| | Tell
us what extra activities you would like your pet to participate in during
his stay. |
| | Please
provide us with all your information the day before your pets stay.
This can help save time when you check in, which can be especially helpful
if you are on a tight schedule on your way out of town. |
